Here’s a timeline: on Monday I received a call after testing that I tested positive for gonorrhea. Tuesday I got the intramuscular antibiotic injection with a one dose antibiotic, essentially I got treated that Tuesday. Thursday and Friday I drank alcohol heavily (I don’t believe that alcohol affects the effectiveness of antibiotics after some searching but I could be wrong). Then, on Saturday (yesterday), my ex gave me head. I’m not sure if I should be worried about whether or not I possibly transmitted this to him. I’m gonna get him tested no matter what but I don’t know if I fucked up my chances because I drank alcohol and had sex before my 7 day clearance.
