Suspect I have chlamydia. Anything to brace myself for with an antibiotic

Hi, I believe I have oral chlamydia. I suspect when I get tested tomorrow the doctor will prescribe an antibiotic to start taking anyway, as was the case when I had mono 4 years back (but luckily I didn’t do that... mono is a virus). For those that have taken antibiotic(s) recently, what do I need to prepare myself for? I’m scared bc my body hyper-responds, but I think this may be a must because it hasn’t jumped to my eyes currently.

Any advice or info is welcome :-(
