I had sex with 3 girls one in September every time i had protected sex with condom and oral was unprotected with all 3 encounters

After sex in September i did not have any symptoms With the 2nd girl i had again sex vaginal protected sex and oral unprotected it was on 1 December and then on the 25 December i become really sick sore throat flue fever which settle down in 6 days.( I thought its due to weather because some people got sick due to weather )

And then i had sex with another girl on 7th Jan but after that i have seen some rashes on my arms and chest it look like pimples but i am really scared

How likely i am exposed and i cant test because living in gulf countries if they found out i have this hiv they will depot me and will lose my job etc
