I had unprotected head 5 days ago and I had this weird bump right under my head under the skin.

It's a small bump under the skin on my shaft. I can move the skin over it and it only appear or is noticable when I'm erect. It's completely undetectable if I'm flacid. I can't attach a picture to this post for some reason but it doesn't have a color to it from what I can tell.
