Chlamydia question

Had weird feeling downstairs. Like a small burn.. tested positive for chlamydia. Got treatment. The feeling is still there but not as strong.. but I tested negative for it now.. someone advice? It’s still uncomfortable. I have no smell or discharge. Just a burning sensation randomly.
