Here's a puzzler. I am M30 and hsv1 positive. I had receptive anal condomless and unsure if he came inside or just on the anus itself, and then he gave me head. I had a little sore on the right portion of the urethral opening on day 10 after sex. It's now today, day 15 and the sore is almost gone (pictures are today.) I also have been having sore throat, urethral discharge that is cloudy, and pain in the base of the penis since day 10. No crust formed over the sore, but it did have a tiny amount of pus when I applied pressure on day 10 and serous drainage day 12 when I applied pressure. Is this hsv1 or hsv2, or even gonorrhea? Is it possible to get an hsv1 genital sore from receptive oral from someone else if I already have oral hsv1?

P.S. The man says he's only ever had cold sores on his mouth and eyes, never any genital sores.
