Hello sadly my ex partner knew about a recent a gonorrhea infection but didn’t tell me. So I noticed symptoms about 5 days ago. I got tested that same day and the test results were back the next day. I received the injection 3 days ago. I’m not sure id symptoms will linger for longer but I’m still having the same symptoms as before the shot. And it seems like there hasn’t been much of a change. Maybe a little bit of change but not a lot. I know I’m suppose to give it 7-10 days to fully get rid of it but just worried it was resistant to the rocephin. I plan on calling the doctor back after a full week if I still am having the same symptoms. Just was wondering if anyone had more info on it etc. thank you.
