A brief history: I have severe panic disorder. Started paxil back in 2012 but it pooped out in 2016. In 2018 I started Lexapro, which worked for about a year. In 2019 I switched to Venlafaxine, then Fluoxetine, and eventually back to Lexapro, in late 2020 it became apparent the Lexapro wasn't doing anything so in May this year I switched to Clomipramine which was a horrible horrible medication and now i'm back on Paxil again. Since that worked very well in the past but pooped out after some years. I've been taking it for 4 weeks now and I still have very high anxiety everyday and multiple panic attacks a week. I use Olanzapine & Xanax on the worst days but nearly everyday seems to be a worst day. I don't know what to do anymore. Does this mean the paxil isn't working either? Should I ask my psych to increase the dosage? The situation is just absolutely dire and i'm starting to lose my will to live.
