Nortriptyline (pamelor) and Citalopram (celexa) combo.

im currently on citalopram for anxiety but have went down to 5mg so i can start nortriptyline for my tension headaches. How dangerous is it to mix these? my psychiatrist and doctor both said it should be fine at a low dose but i don’t want my life to be ruined 😃 please help!
