Last night I think I had mild serotonin syndrome. I am currently taking vyvanse, lexapro and auvelity and my psychiatrist told me to look out for it due to the combination. She’s not available right now, so I was messaging in here. My symptoms came on very suddenly about 7-10 days after adding auvelity. I had tremors, nausea, vomiting, mild muscle jerks, severe diarrhea, instense sweating, confusion and ocular clonus. I didn’t take my medication last night and am feeling better today. I was wondering if there’s anything I should do, and how long I should hold off on taking my medication. Thank you!
