Social Security Page for my SSDI shows I'm enrolled in Medicare as of March 2024. Medicare Part A and B Premiums are $0 as of right now. I don't have a Medicare Card or Medicare Number that I know of. Questions on this:

Do I need to go out and find a plan right now even though I haven't received and formal notice in the mail from Social Security on this yet? (I only found out just from general knowledge of the year 2 transition requirement for SSDI) March isn't that far off and enrollments are going on now.

Will my premium for Part A or B change as of March when I start? I likely will be looking for a Part C Advantage plan the way it looks from my early investigating into the plan coverage.

Is there a good reason to pick a special needs plan for a Part C? My conditions seem to maybe warrant looking into this. I feel like I need to appeal my states decision to cancel my medicaid and put me on Medical Assistance too.
