Of course I was denied my initial application filed in October 23. Just last month they sent my letter and it literally says, “you have severe physical limitations “ but you could work. Wait, wtf!?! (I have lupus with myofacial and neuro involvement) So I’m just supposed to find work that is ok with me not showing up most of the time or showing up stoned. I use legal cannabis for pain. I ain’t even allowed to drive. Fuckin hell. I’ve consulted a new attorney to file an appeal. I had an attorney in the beginning who withdrew himself after I got letters from the state adjudicator and he did not know anything about it. He literally did nothing for me. It’s just so overwhelming and frustrating.
