Starting at the next event all guest will need to sign a waiver to attend any event. (The waiver will only need to be filled out once and it will stay valid for all future events) The waiver can be filled out in advance at https://waiver.smartwaiver.com/v/sultrysarah or on our kiosk at the event.

Wavier Summary

• By signing this wavier you are voluntarily assuming all risk associated with sex parties such as but not limited to injuries, accidents, illness, or loss of personal property.

• You are acknowledging that the event host will video and photograph for promotional use. All identifiable features such as faces, tattoos, jewelry, or unique markings will be blurred. If you do not want your likeness posted you can check the photo opt-out confirmation at the bottom of the waiver.

Only check this box if you do NOT want your pictures posted.

• You acknowledge that failure to comply with rules may result in immediate removal from the event without a refund: This includes, but not limited to consent violations, taking pictures or videos, or using phones in play areas.

• You agree to maintain the confidentiality of the identities, personal information, and participation of other attendees.

• You understand that payment of admission fees does not guarantee or entitle you to engage in any sexual activities or interactions during the event.

• You agree that you are over the age of 21 and are in good physical health and not experiencing any symptoms of illness.

• This wavier will apply to all future events. (You only need to sign the waiver once)

In addition to the wavier, a Drivers License, Government ID, or Passport must be presented for entry.
