I'm a Lucas main and play daily against my roomate who plays Fox. We both have been doing the tech skill grind and recently played some other people we met. The group we met does not tech skill at all, yet they prove to be a competition and their best player beat me in the tournament. The first game was a fluke (3 SDs on my part) so we played after and he did very well, although I beat him.

Do you guys find playing people who don't L cancel/wavedash/ or any tech skill and only roll hard to play? He's not a noob and can chain together combos, but I feel like I would play better against someone who uses tech skills. The other problem is the kid plays every character, so I can't remember his playstyle on one character and beat it.
