What is a HRP server?

Could someone explain to me what an HRP server is? I’ve been playing SS13 for less than a year. I found out about S.P.U.R.T from an ad on E621.net and later joined Ratwood and Blubberstation without any issues. But recently, I tried joining another server I was curious about, and something called "HRP" came up. When I mentioned I didn’t know what it was, they seemed put off and acted a bit elitist. I’ve tried looking up "HRP," but I can’t find anything that clearly explains what it is... The only thing I can think of is the "H" stands for hybrid.
