Good Morning All -
I initially posted this to the cPanel subreddit, I wanted to also post it here in case I am way off base trying to use JDBC and whitelisting google IP's. If you read my problem and think I'm on the right track, please share any tips you have for whitelisting the IP's in cPanel (I can do this 1 at a time, just need to confirm which IP's to use and if I can bulk add them.)
I am attempting to link a Google Sheet and a SQL database. I would like to have new entries to the sheet automatically update the database.
From what I have learned, I will need to use JDBC and Google Apps Script to accomplish this. When I run the apps script the error message says:
SELECT command denied to user 'dgbcom_testsheetsconnect'@'173.194.94.15' for table 'users'
Dgbcom_testsheetsconnect is the SQL username, and the SELECT permission is enabled for this user.
I am thinking that the reason for the error is that I need to whitelist google IPs, but cPanel seems to want me to list them one at at a time. I am unsure which IP's to whitelist or how to efficiently do them.
Any tips?
