Uploading CSV file but it's not showing

I'm trying to upload 5 CSV file on SQL Server Management Studio using the task - import flat file but every time i try to upload it the file is not showing. I'm really a noob right now in SQL so i don't know if i need to install something or what. If there's someone here who has a lot of free time that can answer noob questions like this feel since i can't spam noob questions here free to comment and will be forever thankful. Thank you!
