Joined SPT today, what's the best way to complete PMC killing tasks?

I downloaded SPT today, and only got two mods installed, ServerValueModifier & Creamcheese Recoil mod, I am tweaking with the SVM a bit to try and get PMCs to spawn, played almost 7 raids and only saw 2 PMCs, any tips and tricks that can help me boost the PMC spawn rate to go through the PMC killing tasks?
