Just a quick fix for anyone who wants the game to not minimise whenever you alt-tab away—especially if you're using multiple monitors. The issue is because the game launches in Windowed mode, whereas we want it in Windowed Borderless. The game offers a Windowed Mode, but it's pretty broken, at least in my experience. Anyway, here's how you can sort it out.

Download Borderless Gaming

1. Go to this website and scroll down to Borderless Gaming 9.5.6
2. Under 'Assets' you want to click and download the first link, 'BorderlessGaming9.5.6_admin_setup.exe'
3. Install this program and let it launch. On the left, you will see all of your current applications that you have open. We will come back to this.

Setup Football Life

1. In order for this to work correctly, you need to go to where you installed Football Life. The folder which contains the .exe and the folders where you install your mods, like the 'Data' and 'SiderAddons' folder.
2. Once here, find and open your 'Settings.exe' file.
3. Then under 'Screen Mode', you need to set 'Windowed Mode' as your option. Make sure your resolution is correct too. Click OK once you're done and you're nearly finished. It will not work if you don't do this.

Setting up Borderless Gaming

1. Launch Football Life. Most likely, it will look out of place but that's fine.
2. Go to the Borderless Gaming app, right click on the game (it will be called 'eFootball PES 2021 Season Update) and select 'Make Borderless'.
3. That should do the trick!
