My professor for my Managing/Leading in Business class this semester has been such a dick the whole term. Anytime I would have a question he would answer it in a snarky way, including when I asked for a small extension for when I was super sick with Covid- an extension I didn't even use as I got my assignments in early. He also wouldn't give me a single 100% and would chip off 2 to 4 points each assignment without providing a reason so that my cumulative grade would fall.

And then he would grade my assignments lower by giving his personal opinion on shit as the reason for my lowered grade- including my final project which he marked down to a B because he said that something I wrote could be "construed" as something else. Like if I didn't f*cking write that specifically, why would you CONSTRUE it as that and then mark me lower for it?? You can't grade something on what you THINK is inferred- you grade on what is literally written in the paper. 🙄 we had to create a presentation on how we would manage a team and I wrote "we will celebrate diverse holidays" and he "construed" it was "you will be forced to celebrate diverse holidays." He said "you can't force people to celebrate those holidays cause they may not agree with them and it's ''illegal' to force people to celebrate."

NOWHERE DID I SAY THAT ANYONE WAS FORCED TO CELEBRATE THEM? ugh. I just needed to vent cause it irritated to fawk outta me that I would be graded lower for something he interpreted. The semester started off badly with him when the first paper asked about our opinions on bad leadership and I wrote about how CEOs make huge salaries while their employees get paid next to nothing and he disagreed 🙄 then he gave me a lower grade on that because he disagreed.

I'm so glad the semester is over
