Hey! So I’m going to be a new grad student this fall and I’m looking for good apartments close to SMU. I’m not from the area (international) so I’m not really sure where to start. I’m looking for a 1 bedroom or studio and don’t really wanna go higher than $1,200 monthly. I do have a car so it has to have parking but also can be a bit further from the school. Safety is top of my list and then cleanliness is also really important. Anyone have any suggestions??? I’ve read some bad Yelp reviews and now I don’t know what to trust.
