Sneaking around! (November 2020 Discussion)

We saw the introduction of Heimdallr earlier this year, as well as some discussions regarding stealth. Now with the Loki rework, we ask ourselves; is there room for more stealth gods in the future? Or more gods with stealth counters? How else can stealth be used by gods for various kit concepts?
Think of these:
- Giving stealth to others?
- Gain bonuses for allies in stealth?
- What the definition of "stealth" is, and how else it can be used
