Getting past tutorial

Anyone know how to get pat tutorial. I’m on iPhone and that stupid hand that tells you what to click next won’t go away and when I try to click on what it wants me to the game does nothing. I’ve been able to force close the game and open it again to a point, now the game does nothing. It just says there is a new tactic and the hand wants me to click on the bottom left button but again, the game does nothing when I try to click on it.
