Vegetables?
Post Body
I feel guilty because Iโm new to this sub and Iโm basically machine gunning questions, but has anyone else at some point during their battle with SIBO become intolerant to vegetables? Even low FODMAP ones? In my case, I get that cramp on my lower right side and incomplete bowel movements within a day of eating vegetables or taking a greens powder. If I take enzymes with the vegetables, I wonโt get the cramps, but still the incomplete bowel movements.
