Dr. Mark Pimental states that if taking Betaine HCL or Apple Cider Vinegar while having Methane overgrowth can feed the Archae microorganisms and exacerbate the Methane overgrowth.
But what can one do if they have low stomach acid and aren't breaking down food properly which happens to feed Hydrogen overgrowth which also happens to fuel Methane?
