Help identifying trigger

Hello,
So I've done two rounds of rafraximin and alongside I began eating very clean, less calories and losing weight again. I have had minor issues, but things seems to getting better.
Last night I ate a Atkins bar (pic posted) and today I'm right back sweating, nauseous, sick, shits, etc.
Can someone help identify what maybe caused this?
