Acid control?

So I have taken a PPI for a long time which I think was the beginning of my torture with SiBO. I have since been taking Raninidine for acid, but my understanding is you need bike acid to flush SiBO.
Anyone know how to control acid without wiping it completely? I suffer from acid issues in my stomach but don't want to take Raninidine anymore.
