Hello, everybody!

I've been diagnosed with both types of SIBO since November, but I'm pretty sure I had them for a few years. In the last six months I've been having these odd bowel movements once in a week approximately. I'm sitting about 20, 30 minutes and pooping with pauses. I know I'm going to poop a lot and I feel it, it's just hard to get it out. It's soft and it looks like a normal stool, but it smells like hell and most important, I get dizzy and I get chills when I'm passing. After the bowel movement I feel drained but relieved at the same time.

P. S. I have cramps and pain in abdomen as well.

Is this a vagus nerve reaction? Did anyone have similar experience? Did you fix it?
