Did I make a mistake?

I basically started interesting in crypto 3 days ago and after I saw the random spike in shiba coin i started looking for news about it and bought 24$ worth of shiba It's not much to other people but it's a lot in my country. But since I see so many people invest in this and lots of money I still have no idea what I'm doing. Am I going to regret this ? (Sorry for grammar mistakes english is not my main language)
