Has anyone else's First Form Cell been delayed?

I ordered mine from the US based retailer USA Gundam Store, and thought he was supposed to arrive in October, but now he just says Q4 2022. I've never ordered anything but gunpla from USAGS before but I figured it's still Bandai so it'll get here no problem. Was First Form Cell delayed for the US market? Where can I keep up to date with delays?
