It seems like this time of year people are looking to connect, and I'm no different. I'm looking for someone to connect with and arguably justify the amount at which I want to check my phone. There's not much more I look forward to than checking my phone and seeing I have new messages from you. I don't know you yet, but I think about you a lot.
Have you messaged me? What are you up to? Did you like the last meme I sent? Perhaps it is a byproduct of my overthinking but that is just how much I want to care about you. I want to be as infatuated with you as I can be while maintaining my marriage. Of course we both have to come second to our established relationships but...it's a close second.
I'm open to all possibilities that may come from this. 1 day conversation, couple days of chatting, or something ongoing. My ideal would be someone around my age, attractive, and in my area. Maybe we could meet one day.
In the meantime, I'll be working on some CAD, listening to music or a hard science podcast trying to keep my brain from thinking about checking my phone to see if I have a message from you. I'm not desperate for a connection, I just have this inkling that a great match is coming. I've passed up many opportunities in my life and I don't want that to happen for me and you this time around.
