Anyone else?
I go to sleep at a normal hour…. Sleep for 4 or 5 hours and then bam! I’m wide awake. Ugh! It’s so annoying. Am I the only one that struggles with this?
Why does this happen and what do you do when it does?
I seem to end up spending a few hours on Reddit going down random rabbit holes.
Anyone care to chat I guess?
