Someone who thinks exercise isn't a chore, but a necessity; a woman who runs and lifts, is lean, strong, and flexible. Someone who has hobbies, spends time in the garden, who has goals, and for whom their work isn't an overwhelming source of stress. Someone who takes long walks because they enjoy being outside. Someone who smiles and kids and dogs and who gives great hugs. Women like this inspire me, and I need more people like this in my life.
