While I normally love to work out, I’ve recently been struggling with remaining consistent. I thought that having an accountability partner, specifically one of feminine energy, might add an element of enjoyment and consistency to the mix.
Me: I’m 5’9 and 210 pounds. I used to be built though I’ve picked up quite a few pounds over the last six months due to a lot of stress and a chaotic life. My goal is to get down to 180 in the next 4-6 months. I’ve done it before in less, but want to make it more sustainable this time. I love to lift heavy weights, which is my primary form of exercise at the moment. I also love competitive sports (been wanting to try pickleball), and any form of fun Zone 2 cardio (hiking, biking, jogging on the beach, etc). Really open to anything that is fun and conducive to our fitness goals.
You: - looking for an accountability partner that you respect and can see yourself being friends with - have a fitness goal - are looking to grow! - have good vibes:)
While I’m open to this manifesting into more, I’m strictly looking for a female accountability partner/friend that I can push and that can push me in achieving our individual fitness goals.
