SFr4r reminds me a bit of what Craig's List's connections used to be before they pulled it; everything from lonely hearts to those looking for love, to hook-ups etc.

So why am I here? Same reason as you, I imagine. Just looking for some connection and interaction which is new and different.

Breaking out of our shells from time to time to enjoy just how amazing humans are is great. Why NOT have a date with someone if for no other reason than to get their perspective on life? More than that? Possibly; but it all starts with interacting.

So I'm a guy who's happy in life, married, yeah, like some people on here also in a "DB". I'm not looking to change my situation, but I do want the chance to explore what makes people tick...

Wouldn't you also like to have the butterflies of meeting up with someone and seeing where conversation goes, or doesn't, or, or, or?

I'm college educated, quick to smile, tall and thin (six-foot and 175-pounds) starting to lose my brown hair, but unbothered by that fact.

Drug and disease free, although I do occasionally enjoy some cocktails, and occasionally some edibles.

It's just a "hey; you're another human searching for connection and meaning from others," kind of 'date' that I am proposing.

I'm in the East Bay; Berkeley/El Cerrito/Richmond area. You? What's the place you've been wanting to go to but haven't 'cause it'd be nicer with company? Let's go. We can do Dutch even; I'm not looking for any pay-to-play situations in my life.
