Hi all! I am losing flexibility and strength and I’d like to try yoga out to help with that. I’d prefer private instruction as I am shy and I think I’ll need a lot of help getting started.
I am willing to pay as well, as I expect you’d like to be compensated for your time and expertise.
No expectations of this going anywhere beyond yoga instruction, but of course would definitely not be upset if it did.
