If you are dealing with a breakup or reeling from an emotional distress, I think we can help each other by talking about it. I'm not sure if we should be lamenting about a person we lost/left behind or if there's any efficacy in talking about turning over that new chapter in our lives. What I do know is that having someone to talk/confide irl can be rejuvenating, besides the usual throw of people we are surrounded by in our everyday life.
All of this sounds heavy, doesn't it? Fret not. I'm not here to induce a cloud of gloom or talking about how we are all destined for doom, one day ... ... ... which is to say, we can talk about things beyond current stressors in our lives.
Let's talk about airline blankets - I, for one, sleep sound in one of the blankets my dad tucked out during a long flight. This blanket, in month of October, is more like a sweat shirt, and yet it's one of the few things that gets me a good night's worth of sleep.
Be mundane.
