One of the many reasons that I love pup play is that it allows me to stop being me. When the hood goes on the self awareness, doubt and worry drop away and I'm suddenly a lot happier and more carefree. This has been particularly good for clubnights and events where, when dancing, I am hyper aware of myself and feel like a total idiot. But hood goes on, and I dance the night away without a care.
(All events I wear my hood at are kink/fet/alt clothing friendly and encouraged)
