Scams?
Post Body

Hey all, ive been looking into finding a new place for my significant other and i to live as our landlord is selling his property. I have been running into a couple places where they ask for us to submit an application before getting a tour. Is that becoming normal or is my hunch about that being a scam more likely to be correct?
