I'm a 100% introvert and extrovert, I enjoy spending time with other people, but also satisfying time alone. I find myself looking for experiences that I can enjoy alone, or sneak away to go for a run or a walk so I can take some quality time to reflect on myself. It's been a game changer in terms of my mental health and relationship to me as a person instead of putting all my value on my body and achievements. Talk to me anytime.
