Locked out of early priority registration?

Ok, I'm not entirely sure what's going on here, but as of right now I'm receiving a message that registration is not permitted at this time on MySFSU, despite my priority registration period having started yesterday at 4 p.m.

I wasn't able to access it then because MySFSU was down/acting wonky, and then registration was closed between midnight and 8 a.m. Does anyone have any idea why this is going on? I thought that there was a 24 hour window to register for classes and I'm starting to panic a little bit.
