What's up with Gorkys Hernandez?

His fielding has been atrocious. Completely blew that Jake Lamb fly ball tonight. So far this season I've seen at least three instances where he could have been easily charged with an error but wasn't. At least twice in LF and the once tonight. He was pretty good in the field last year when called up, but he's really struggling.

And don't even get me started on his offense (now batting a crisp .080)...

I realize he's been struggling with the bat since spring training, but I was hoping at least for some above average defense as the CF backup. Really too bad bc last season he showed some promise.
