TransPerfect, the world’s largest provider of language services and technology solutions for global business, is looking to incorporate people for a new PM opening in its Artificial Intelligence (AI) department.

Managing the day-to-day project. Ensuring meeting of demographic target and full utilization of sessions. Daily risk and change management. Managing relationship and communication with on-site Client's Project Manager, ensuring information is shared throughout the team. Managing payment of participants. Management of performance and training of the local team. Supplying goods and supplies to the warehouse and teams throughout the project.

Description

• Be responsible for the data collection and data management following TransPerfect’s and/or the client’s protocols
• Liaise and collaborate with various members of the production cycle to maximize quality and minimize issues
• Comply with best practices and other relevant and applicable procedures
• Maintain project records and notes within internal tracking systems
• Perform quality checks at various stages of the job to ensure quality and accuracy
• Manage changes to the project scope or schedule
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
• Perform other special projects or duties when required
  

Job requirements

Qualifications

• Advanced level of English
• Superior written and spoken communication skills in English (if English not native)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and an outgoing personality
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Independence in carrying out assigned tasks, but the ability to report and escalate to management when appropriate
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to share ownership in a team environment, and accept responsibility and criticism when applicable
• Highly developed computer/technological skills (particularly macOS, Windows, iOS, Android)
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Tech-savvy (the job will involve interaction with a number of devices
