My current apartment is great and an amazing deal, but it's such a great and amazing deal that the landlords want to sell it rather than rent it for such a good price. Rather than fight them on it, I figured I'd take the good recommendation they're no doubt going to give me and find somewhere new to live.

I'm looking for a room somewhere with fairly alright space to fit me and some furniture. My lease runs up at the end of August, but I'm hoping to move in somewhere either at the beginning of August or the middle of the month. So I was hoping to put out feelers early, as my current roommate plans to move in with her boyfriend, leaving me to figure out my next steps alone.

About me:

• I'm very quiet and mostly keep to myself.
• I work in video games, so I'll sometimes play them on my personal TV, but at a normal volume.
• I don't drink often, never smoke, and don't do any drugs. If you do, I don't mind, as long as it's done courteously.
• Not much of a partier.
• I have solid, consistent income and work from home so location doesn't matter much in terms of commute.
• My current landlords will be happy to tell you that my rent has always been early and I've never asked them for a thing.
• I am male, 33 years old, and am LBGTQ friendly for any prospective roommates.
