Im looking to rent out a 1br/1bth in a 2 bd/bt Penthouse Apartment in the Mission. 14th and Valencia. This place is really nice and you will absolutely enjoy the area.

$2000/month plus $50-$70 in utilities.

Great location the views are spectacular and you get to see the entire city from the rooftop. Not trying to be best friends with my new future roommate, but it would be cool to make a friend out of that person and be able to hang out and have some brews or play some call of duty.

You have access to a rooftop which faces the Mission on one side and you can see Dolores Park on the other side. Walk to tons of restaurants, bars, and parks. Dolores is a few mins away.

- 32 y/o male professional works in IT Sales

- 5 Month Goldendoodle - you will love him. He is trained and doesnt shed. super chill
- Usually works late hours 8-9PM, sometimes works from home
- Is clean and organized
- Cooks at home sometimes
- Responsible and respectful of the other person's space
- Active lifestyle

- No Pets other pets since Yogi is already there
