Hey, my landlord is looking for a new roommate for when our current roommate leaves around July 15th. He's moving out of state. It's a beautiful house with a fully renovated kitchen and nice living areas with hardwood floors and 60" plasma tv. The room itself is a nice street facing room with a lot of natural light and around 11'x11'. I'm not sure of the exact measurement but i measured my room and they're about the same. Full wall length closet, and if you need a bit extra storage there's always some room in the garage. The bathroom will be shared with me so I would prefer someone who is somewhat clean or at least knows how to clean up after themselves. I'm not saying it needs to be eat off the floor clean but not college dorm style clean either. Also, I'm male if that matters, and the landlord is female.

As I said above the landlord is a female professional who is very nice and easy to get along with. I've lived here going on 2 years now and have really enjoyed it. She is very laid back and easy going as long as you're respectful and courteous and I've never had any problems. She has 3 cats that are great and fun to play with.

I'm a full time student now who is also going to be working so I will be very busy starting in August. I'm also very laid back, relaxed and easy to get along with. I'm a huge sports fanatic and love football, soccer and basketball.

Ideally it would be nice to find someone who'll meld personality wise with us. We don't necessarily need to find best friends out of this but would like an enjoyable house where we can occasionally hangout together. She does have a strict no drugs policy, but alcohol is fine as long as it's kept within reason. I have a large whisky collection. Also there is a general rule of no overnight guests but that is a bit flexible as long as it's cleared ahead of time. It's more in place so there's not a revolving door of strangers coming in and out of the house.
