Looking for 1-2 roommates to renew lease in SoMA unit in mid September
Post Body

Hi, I am looking for one roommate to renew my lease with me in SoMA as unfortunately my current roommates will not be able to. This lease is for ~8month (mid September 2024 to July/August 2024).

The vacancy will be available starting from mid Spetember (~Sep 15)

It is 805 sq ft.

Rooms will be unfurnished.

Two rooms are available:

1 bedroom with own bathroom, for 1448/month.

1 bedroom with shared bathroom for 1308/month.

Amenities: locked bike room, Amazon locker, wide rooftop patio with fire pits that you can rent out for BBQ, game room, community room (picture) and small courtyard. No parking.

The apartment is right across from 1015 Folsom and walkable to a variety of clubs and bars. There is also an in-building coffee shop that just opened.

Powell Station and Yerba Buena Station are within 15 min walk, as well as many bus routes.

Trader Joes, Costco and Whole Foods are within 15 min walk.

Best building management/landlord I have experienced. Extremely responsive to any concerns.

Since I am looking to renew, the apartment will be partly furnished already with a dining table set, kitchen island, vaccuum cleaner and cleaning supplies.

About me and my current roommate: Me: 24M working in tech. I work in office all weekdays, usually out of apartment by 7:30 am and return around 6:30 pm. I have been in SF for about 1.5 years now. I am very tidy, will use Sundays for apartment cleaning (common area shared bathroom). I sleep late (12 - 1).

Him: 24M working in tech.

About you: 23 - 28, no gender preference or ethnicity preference, decently tidy in common areas (clear sink by EOD), and pay rent and other expenses on time.

Other info:

There will be some alcohol in the apartment, but we don't drink indoors.

We use Google Fiber, which is $70/month (so 23.33$ per person).

Utilities (PGE building) averages to 50-70 dollars per person per month.

DM me if you are interested and I can send you more info.
