Hi! I've got a room in my San Leandro apartment within walking distance of the BART station. The apartment is a 2br/1ba and I'm renting out this room for $1,300 and was previously my guest room / office, but work and life has me at home less.

The unit is fully furnished for the work from home / hybrid work type, with a twin bed, standing desk, Herman Miller office chair, dual monitors, drawers, shelving, and lamps. The unit includes an in-unit washer and dryer and is non-smoking. I also have a cat and may occasionally dog-sit, but can also do that off-site if you are not comfortable! The living room also as plenty of plants, you're welcome to all the kitchen supplies I've collected, and anything you see in the pictures!

A bit about me: I'm a pan, Southeast Asian 29/M working in the SF Financial District. I love my job, occasionally help out at animal shelters, care for my plants when I have time, slowly work through cookbooks, enjoy reading and audiobooks while cleaning, and meeting new people. I'm working on writing more because I started a short story and want to see it through and a favorite weekend activity is looking for community popup events like craft fairs and supporting small artists! My apartment is covered in work from such events.
