CS student looking to move to the bay for school

Hey! I’m a CS student moving to attend SFSU this fall. I’d like to move to the city by mid July and I’m looking for a 1 bedroom apartment or a private house with no roommates type deal. I’m searching for a place with in unit laundry, parking, furnished, and utilities included. My budget is around $1-2k. Any decent place around the university nearby or across to Oakland works, thank you.
