Pt-141 dose timing

Hey, just had a small question, if I took pt-141 before bed to avoid nausea will I still get the libido effects the following night?
Background: Mixed 1ml bac with 10ml pt-141, took .5ml at 2:30, from about 5 or so on had great erections, no libido changes, very bad nausea with puking
